About

"I am a storyteller; a writer at my core. I often act in my own films as they are mostly autobiographical. The meaning of a story is unique to each person mostly a factor of their own life experiences."

Gina Ciccarelli, who plays Chloe in The Tahiti Motel -- a film by John Szabo of Szabo Films -- like most Leo women, has been the producer and star of her own one-woman show since she could talk. She has performed with Misery Loves Company dance troupe at UC Irvine, starred in several independent films including The Magic Hats (Sundance Film Festival & Method Fest Film Festival Finalist) Notes From the Underground (Flickapalooza Film Festival). Her most recent stage performance was as Angela in The Butler Did It (The New Vision Theater).  She firmly believes in the transformative power of theatre and film as a social, emotional, and humanistic force.
